When you're wondering what kind of exercise should I do I often ask the question... Is this a Power Week and Down Week? I want you to throw away the guilt and the idea of what a perfect workout routine looks like and get onboard with honoring your body's natural rhythms.
You can have weeks where you build that extra strength, energy and stamina. You can also have those weeks where you feel like stretching, walking and light yoga serve you best. I want you to know how to maintain a workout routine. It doesn't always look like the workout routine you dreamed of. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn't.
