If you need more stability in the hips or knees this is the perfect workout for you!  It's short, sweet and to the point.  Thigh workouts tend to focus on toning the very specific area between two MAJOR joints; the hips and knees.  these joints can sometimes become misaligned or even painful.  Strengthening the area in between can begin to solve the problem!
