Follow along in this stroller workout for moms workout video. When baby is awake or feeling a bit fussy you can pop him or her in the stroller and get moving! It's also a great option when you have older kids and are heading to the park. These exercises are simple and require just 1 piece of equipment. Either a hand weight or your full water bottle will do!


These workout ideas can help you figure out how and where to squeeze in a workout when you're busy taking care of the kids. Squeezing a workout in is key. It doesn't have to be a full 1 hour workout to get a benefit from exercise. Building strength can happen in the pockets of time!
