Quick at Home Workout | No Equipment, NO REPEATS

This is a quick at home workout no equipment necessary! This is also a great one to keep on hand for traveling or at the park when you don't have any equipment nearby.

Each and every workout with me starts with a complete warmup. Getting blood flowing and oxygen flowing before the workout is imperative to a smooth workout time!

Easy workout videos can be effective and create a stronger body. Pair this with a walk/hike/run/swim or any other kind of movement throughout the day to create the perfectly balanced active lifestyle. This workout video is truly a full body workout.

10 Of each:
Squats
Bear Crawls
Back Lunges
Marching High Knees
Squat Side Leg Lift
Plank Arm lift
Hands and Knees Bent Knee Lift
Side Plank twist
Crunches
Reverse Crunches

Keep the side leg lifts slow and controlled. Each exercise uses muscles and we get your heart rate up with the full body movements.

If you have more time and more energy you could easily double this workout for a longer workout!
