The biggest reason to workout in the morning; Get it done before other things get in your way! If you're anything like me one of the other 1,000 things in your day gets in the way and pushes your workout waaaay too far down the priority list. I do these movements slower because typically your body isn't warmed up right away in the morning. A slightly longer warmup would be helpful too. Follow along as I show you a simple and gentle way to workout, build strength and feel great for the rest of the day. These exercises are beginner level, but can be increased in difficulty easily by utilizing a deeper stance or going deeper in the exercise. The stretches are incorporated throughout this workout AND I offer a longer stretch session at the end as well just to be sure you're feeling your best for the rest of the day.
