I don't know about you but my little guy doesn't love carriers. This Mommy and Baby workout allows me to hold him, use my muscles, get a workout in and keep him happy/occupied at the same time. A 10 Minute workout holding baby is not easy. It's a workout!
For this workout we focus primarily on lower body exercises while holding baby and getting a bit of shoulders in as well.
Most of all... Have fun, enjoy the giggles and feel your muscles work!
These workout ideas can help you figure out how and where to squeeze in a workout when you're busy taking care of the kids. Squeezing a workout in is key. It doesn't have to be a full 1 hour workout to get a benefit from exercise. Building strength can happen in the pockets of time!
