We have too many things to do. When my mind is racing I love to squeeze in a mind calming exercises workout. Something to really take my mind off of all the things. We get stressed and need something to ease the mind racing to do list. Take a break for a few minutes, be in the moment and workout to calm stress, release endorphins and build strength.
