Medicine Ball Core Workout

This Medicine Ball core workout uses extra resistance for an extra good workout!  Focusing on the core as a whole allows us to create strength and stability in the entire core including working on balance.

When we focus on functional core exercises the benefit arises in everyday life.  This focus of benefiting everyday living is what makes it so functional, useful and helps in a variety of ways;

  • Less back pain
  • More full body strength
  • Ease of lifting items
  • Less chance of injury
  • Better Posture

Adding any resistance to your workout will give you an added boost of building strength.  When you're ready to add more resistance you can always choose a heavier weight or slow your movement down a bit to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly.

This might not be a sweaty workout, but it's a powerful one!
