Try this medicine ball ab workout to challenge your core and abs! I love adding different pieces of equipment to create an extra challenge. It's in those challenging workouts that you can build that strength that lasts and lasts.
Keep moving through the workout while breathing, feeling your abs do the work. One thing I know for sure is that if you hold your breath and power through you aren't doing it correctly. Sometimes we have that tendency to want to power through something that feels hard.
I encourage you to move through this workout with control and purpose!
Adding any resistance to your workout will give you an added boost of building strength. When you're ready to add more resistance you can always choose a heavier weight or slow your movement down a bit to make sure you are doing the exercise correctly.
This might not be a sweaty workout, but it's a powerful one!
