Doing any exercise with an unstable surface like an exercise ball allows your body to be challenged in a different way along with challenging your stabilizer muscles and core. I'm always looking for different ways to create extra benefits to each exercise!

This is a great stability ball workout for beginners or more advanced exercisers.

It’s important to take your time with stability ball exercises so that your stability muscles can engage safely. You should feel slightly unstable, yet in control. Bringing your core into every exercise that you do will help you functionally complete each exercise safely.
