This workout is a Low Impact full Body Workout that focuses on cardio. You CAN get a great cardio workout in while doing a low impact workout. It just takes a little planning and motivation!
It's the perfect workout if you happen to have joint pain in your knees, ankles or hips that prevent jumping and heavy amounts of stress on the lower body joints.
This workout is 12 Minutes long and you'll just need a set of hand weights. You'll notice the benefit of using hand weights during the combo exercises really helps get your heart rate up and bumps you into that cardio zone!
