A Mommy and me workout should always be made to feel like play.
It’s never going to go exactly the way you planned. Flexibility will keep everyone from getting frustrated. Take snack, potty and play breaks as needed. Here we start with a leg workout and add in some core work to round out the exercises. I like to use baby zoo animals to prompt the kids to either hop on my back or climb under a tunnel. Have fun with it and everyone should get a good workout!
