With almost any exercise there are variations.  Once you’ve mastered a traditional plank by keeping your abs engaged you can have some fun with it.  This is my favorite go to variation.  You can also cross your knee over to the opposite elbow, but maybe not make contact.  As a mom you don’t have lots of time to dissect your workout and focus on so many different moves over the span of an hour.  This way you can do a super effective workout that doesn’t take up so much time.  Because we all know you could be interrupted any moment.  Make the most of your time by upping your game!
