Hip Exercises and Stretches for Tight Hips and Low Back

Hip Exercises and Stretches for tight hips and low back is designed to help open the hips and stretch/strengthen the low back. This combination is very common because some hip muscles insert into the low back creating pain when they are too tight. The other side of the discomfort can commonly come from low back muscles that are weak and can't stand up to the pressure of supporting your body the way the low back should.
