This is a full body workout with weights in under 10 Minutes! Workout with me as I guide you through each exercise with proper form, easy to follow instructions and proper repetition.
Hand weights are the most versatile workout equipment. We utilize the weights to add resistance which allows us to build more strength and stability. Unlike stationary machines weights require us to utilize other muscles in addition to the muscles we are focusing on for reach exercise.
The first couple of minutes we will do a warmup that is appropriate for the workout we are about to do. After 7 minutes of solid exercises that include combo movements we move into core work and stretching.
