Exercise Ball Oblique Workout

There's no greater angle to work your obliques than over an exercise ball. This exercise ball oblique workout allows you to give your obliques more or less of a workout depending on your angle and crunch depth. Not only are you working your obliques, but you are creating a stable core just by utilizing an exercise ball. Having an unstable surface to do your workout allows your deep core muscles to strengthen and stabilize. Working your obliques is important because it's part of your functional daily life. All of the bending, twisting, lifting that you do can become more functional with stronger obliques. Targeting different areas of your core during your workout allows you to build more strength in a faster amount of time. Follow my cues to help you create great form and control in this workout!
