This is a fantastic abs workout because it allows you to hyperextend (stretch) your abdominal muscles right before getting a great crunch every time. These ball exercises are so fun, challenging and perfect to add to your workout routine.
These workout ideas can help you figure out how and where to squeeze in a workout when you're busy taking care of the kids. Squeezing a workout in is key. It doesn't have to be a full 1 hour workout to get a benefit from exercise. Building strength can happen in the pockets of time!
