In this 8 Minute Core Workout with Medicine Ball I will teach you how to use a medicine ball to get a better core workout! Using the ball provides extra resistance and requires your abs to engage and have better control.
We start with very basic ab exercises and progress into more advanced movements gradually. With each exercise you can feel your abs contracting and releasing each time with slow controlled speed.
Always remember to continue to breath and move slowly during your ab workout so you can keep control of your oxygen exchange and stabilizing muscles.
