Strengthen- Core and Cardio

A low to moderate intensity core and cardio workout is great for Moms who are getting back into fitness after having baby.  Always be sure to wait until after your 6 weeks clearance from your Dr. to participate in a program like this.  Burning calories during your workout is always second to conditioning your body for a fit lifestyle.  Workout intensity should be based on your level of fitness.

During the cardio portion time your exercise and intensity for a rate of perceived exertion of 4.  So, you will feel your breath intensity increasing and maybe even break a little sweat!
