Lower Body and Balance

This is a super Prenatal Friendly workout.  It combines lower body, balance and a touch of upper body strengthening to create core strength and strong Mom body!  I’ll even show you a few modifications for different stages of pregnancy/fitness.  My strategy for today is being outdoors with sticks, trees and space for James to run.  He’s so goofy and makes the time go by so fast!
