This beginner kettlebell workout is perfect for first time users or if you are looking to check your form. As a personal trainer it's very important to me that you have proper form when completing ANY exercise. When swinging a kettlebell it's important because an improper swing could hurt your back or neck. OUCH!
Follow along so you can learn the correct mechanics, and learn what muscles to fire at what point of the swing.
