Exercises in this workout are meant to bring back pain relief from a muscular perspective. We move all of the muscles of the core to bring your center back into control with support that you need for your back. Most of us also have a posture that doesn't benefit a healthy back. These exercises focus on strength training that brings your posture back into balance so that you can sit, stand, lift and bend with better form and a stronger trunk.
