Arm Workout for Women

This arm workout for women focuses on deltoids, biceps and triceps. Join me as I walk you through three sets of exercises that rotate between shoulder, bicep and tricep strengthening. Each exercise is designed to help you focus on the muscles functionality AND toning the muscles as well.

You'll notice that I like to incorporate different angles of exercises because this allows your body to build strength that helps you in your daily life. Since we don't move about our day in one plane, we don't want to exercise in just one plane. Allowing your body to move in different directions helps build strength and stability for your every day life!
