Arm and Back Workout | No Equipment

An arm and back workout with no equipment can easily be done by using gravity as your resistance! Knowing that every muscle in your body is connected through more muscles and skeletal structure we can start to piece together a workout that compliments different muscle groups.

Arm and back strength go hand in hand BECAUSE with a weak back your arms won't have support for lifting. With weak arms your back won't have support for lifting.

I'm loving the combo of this functional pair of muscle groups! We can create functional strength while we tone muscles for an awesome shape. Don't forget to pull in your core and always keep your abs in control as well.

Moving through this workout we will create arm resistance and back resistance when moving in a standing or in a face down (pronated) position.

This upper body workout is easy to squeeze into your day while making an impact on your health and fitness!
