This advanced exercise ball workout is more of a full-body workout. We hit the legs, arms, core, back and finish up with a few stretches as well. The resistance AND leverage that your exercise ball brings offers a new way to challenge your body, enjoy your workout and keep things interesting!
Stability Ball exercises are considered more challenging because the ball offers less stability which means your body has to make up for the lack of stability. For example; A plank on an exercise ball REQUIRES your core to activate. The ball is unstable under you and that's a good thing!
