5 Minute Mix and Match Mini Series

Welcome to the Fit Mom Go 5 Minute Mix and Match Mini Series!  Use this tool to build your workout whether you have 10 minutes or 20 minutes.  Add as many minute segments that you have time for.  These are best done solo.  It’s a good time to set your alarm a few minutes early or sneak this in during the kiddos’ nap time!
