Welcome to the Circus like 20 Minute Full Body Mommy Strength Workout. This is what it really looks like to workout with your kids at home. While it's not specifically a Mommy and Me Workout, I show you how you can integrate your kids around you and help keep them occupied so you can build strength as a mom. Follow along with your 6 or 8 lb. hand weights. We cover leg and arm strength touching on core strength and stability in this workout. It's an easy to follow mommy strength workout! All of our workouts are designed to accommodate fitness specific to a Mom's Body and physical demands. My goal is to set you up for a strong Mom life!
