15 Minute HIIT Workout at Home
Welcome to this awesomely energizing 15 Minute HIIT workout at home! The high intensity interval training is one of the MOST effective workouts because we are challenging so many fitness goals at one time. We challenge, strength, agility, cardio and multiple muscle groups at the same time!
I challenge you to do each set with no break. Your break will fall at the end of each set. Do YOUR best and challenge YOUR specific fitness level as you feel is best for YOUR body. Listen to your body and push your limits just a little bit each time.
Warmup:
10 second easy Skaters
10 second Bunny Hops
10 alternating back lunges
repeat
Set 1:
10 Squat Reach
10 Wood Chops
10 Squat Hops
repeat
Set 2:
5 Bear Crawl with Feet Jack
10 Skaters
10 Plie Squats
Set 3:
10 Split squat Hammer Curl
20 Jabs
repeat
Set 4:
10 Squat Overhead Press 10 Wood chops 10 Tricep Extensions
Dynamic Cool Down:
Squat Twist and Reach
At home hiit workout done in under 15 minutes with no travel time is convenient, fast and effective at helping increase fitness levels.
This is totally beginner friendly. A hiit workout at home beginner friendly modifications should include reducing or cutting out the jumping portions, lowering weights and slowing each move to a comfortable level.
