This 15 Minute Full Body Strength Training Workout requires a set of hand weights. If you're just getting started I recommend 5 lb. hand weights and move up from there as needed. We do a quick full body warmup followed by the workout and finally stretches at the end. The workout moves at a gradual pace allowing you to focus on each exercise at a time. I start at the top and work my way down to make sure we hit all of the major muscle groups.
When should you increase your hand weights? You should increase your hand weights when you feel like your workout is a little bit too easy. I love these short workouts, but that means we might need to increase weights sooner rather than later if you're consistently exercising.
