10 Minute Lower Body Workout | Kid Friendly

This is a fantastic and FUN 10 minute lower body workout with kids at home that will leave you and your littles feeling energized and strong for the day! My goal with this workout is to show you how easy it can be (when things go right) to workout with your kids at home.

Do your kids need to be in the right mood? Yes.

Do you need to be in the right mood? Yes.

Does timing help? Yes.

I'm not going to pretend like this is always possible, but if you see a window take it! If you're feeling the workout itch and your kids are feeling up for some fun go with it. Grab that chance. Which is partially why I live in workout clothes.

A lower body workout does need much equipment. You can conveniently complete this no equipment workout at home workout in a very short amount of time.

We hit all the lower body muscles in this workout while also getting your heart rate up. We hit quads, hamstrings and glutes in this workout. These large lower body muscles help you not only get stronger, but improve your heart health. Your blood has to pump all the way down your legs to these lower body muscles to provide nutrients during your workout thus giving you that cardio boost as well.
