As a Mom I love HIIT workouts. They short, they're powerful and they make me feel amazingly strong. It's just the right amount of time to push yourself before something or someone pulls you away from your workout. You don't have to worry about deciding whether or not to workout when you have only 10 minutes to complete.

A 10 minute workout is absolutely a game changer! Imagine this. You have a million things on your to-do list, or you have multiple kids to care for. Your day goes by and you don't workout AT ALL. You feel drained and totally beat by the end of the day. If you DO squeeze in this workout, it's scientifically proven to boost your mood, give you more strength and endurance. I can't promise that their won't be days of exhaustion by the end of the day, but I CAN promise you'll be so proud of yourself for getting it done!
