10 Minute Cardio with No Equipment Necessary! Sometimes we just need to get some good blood flow to release those endorphins. These exercises can be completed low impact if that works better for you. Otherwise, jump in and join the higher intensity exercises which are great for your heart, bones, muscles and joints!

Each exercise compliments your cardio health along with functional fitness. Your heart rate should be up enough to feel an increase in breathing, but no so much that you can't speak. My goal is to up your heart rate so that you are challenging your body in a comfortable and safe way.

We can increase fitness levels little by little when we challenge ourselves a little bit more each time!

This is an at home cardio that you can do quickly with no equipment.
